Fill Out The Form

Stick your name and email in below and you'll get an email with everything you need to get started.

Go Through The Onboarding

This isn't just a form to fill out. When you open the app, you'll get a welcome video from me, onboarding forms which will give me everything I need to get you properly set up, and access to the full welcome pack, complete with education videos, recipes, and more.

Before I've even built your programme, you'll already have more structure than most people get from a generic 12 week plan.

Get Set Up

Once I've been through your onboarding form, I'll build you a personalised training plan based on your goals, your schedule, and your experience, as well as setting your personalised nutrition targets.

You'll then get a video from me walking you through everything, your training, your nutrition, how I want you to approach it, the habits that matter, and the mindset stuff that most coaches skip over.

Start Coaching

Your two weeks of coaching will start the following Monday. You'll train, you'll track, and at the end of week one you'll get your first proper check in.

That's a video you can watch in your own time of me going through your data, checking what's lining up and what isn't, answering your questions, and giving you a clear plan of action for the next week, including what you've done well, what needs improving, and how to improve it. For the full two weeks, I'll be treating you like any other client so you get the full experience.

Decide If It's For You

My one to one online coaching is £120 a month. There's no contract, all I ask for is 30 days notice if you want to cancel.

At the end of your two weeks, I'll talk you through what the next few months of coaching could look like, such as the phases, the goals, where we'd take things, etc. If it's something you want to continue with, just let me know and we'll get you set up.

I'm not one to get you on a sales call and try and guilt trip you into coaching 😂 I'd rather you experience it and decide for yourself.

A training plan built for your goals, your schedule, and the equipment you actually have access to, complete with coaching videos of me talking you through every single exercise, not some generic app demo.

You can also log your sessions, switch to alternatives if you need to, and most importantly, view your history so you're not just going to the gym for the sake of it, you're actually seeking to progress week on week. That's the biggest difference between exercising and training that most people don't understand.

And it's not just gym work. Whether you want to get into running, train for an event, or work towards a specific performance goal, your programming is built around whatever you're chasing.

Nutrition Made Simple

Personalised nutrition targets that keep things simple and give you a clear structure to follow. I'll help you create a strategy that fits around your life and actually makes sense. If fat loss is your goal, we'll approach it in phases, pushing when it's time to push and easing off when we need to, so you're not just endlessly dieting without actually getting anywhere.

Weekly Check Ins

Every week, you'll send me your feedback. Your wins, your struggles, what's improved, and the stuff I can't see from data alone, like how your energy's been, your mood, your motivation, all that kind of stuff.

I'll then go through everything such as your data, your training, your nutrition, alongside your feedback, and send you a video with honest, direct feedback and a clear plan of action for the next week. It's not a call you have to schedule, it's a video you watch in your own time.

Roadmapping & Habits

Most coaches give you a plan for the next few weeks and leave it at that. I map out the bigger picture. We'll set meaningful goals together and build out the phases to get you there. So instead of just going through the motions with no real direction, you've always got something to aim at and a clear idea of where you're heading.

I'll also work with you on the habits and mental fitness side of things. Not just to help you hit a certain target, but because building better habits and looking after your headspace are worth doing for their own sake.

Resource Library

Access to education videos, guides, recipe packs, and on demand workouts inside the app. The education side matters because it's not just about telling you what to do, it's about helping you understand why you're doing it. The better you understand the process, the more likely you are to stick to it.

Ongoing Support

Between check ins, I'm still in your corner. Whether it's a question about your training, help with your nutrition, a mindset shift when things feel tough, or just wanting to share a win, that's what I'm here for. You're not just paying for a plan, you've got someone who actually gives a shit about your progress.

KNOWING AND DOING ARE TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THINGS.

I'm willing to bet you've already got a good idea of what you should be doing. You already know you should be training, and you already know you should be eating better, but the problem isn't knowledge. If it was, you wouldn't be here. 😂

The problem is you keep letting yourself off the hook as soon as it gets a little inconvenient or a little bit tough, because you've got no one holding you to a higher standard than you can hold yourself.

And if you're waiting around for motivation to kick in before you get started, you're going to be waiting a bloody long time, because that's not how it works. Motivation doesn't come first, momentum does, and you build momentum by taking action, even when you don't feel like it, by following a simple set of steps for a long enough period of time to produce a mini result. That mini result is what creates the drive to keep going, not the other way around.

So if you know you need to get back on it but you just can't seem to get yourself going, you don't need more motivation, you need a plan. You need structure, you need accountability, and you need someone in your corner who won't let you off the hook. And that's exactly what good coaching is all about.

Look, I know this might sound a bit deep, but I know what it's like to lose all confidence in yourself, to look in the mirror and not feel proud of the person staring back at you. I know what it's like to feel out of shape, low on self esteem, and the flat feeling that inevitably comes with all of that.

But I also know how to use fitness to come back from that because I've walked that path, and it's not an understatement to say I've used running, lifting, and eating well to genuinely rebuild my mental fitness.

What I'll tell you is that the path back isn't complicated. I'm not saying it's easy, but it is simple. It's about embracing the fact that little hinges swing big doors and understanding that small wins stack up to create big wins when compounded over time.

And to me, fitness has always been about so much more than losing fat, building muscle, improving your fitness, or simply looking good. Can I help you do all those things? Absolutely.

But to me, it's just as much about the mental side as it is the physical side. It's about the improvements in pride, confidence, and self esteem, and the knock on effect that can have into every other part of your life. And after seven years of coaching, that's what I keep coming back to.

Ideally yes, but not necessarily. I build your programme around what you actually have access to, whether that's a full commercial gym, a home setup, or just bodyweight and outdoor space.

That's exactly why the trial exists. Most online coaching fails because it's either too generic or there's no real accountability. This is personalised programming, proper check ins, and direct access to me. That's why I run the trial, so you can experience what real coaching feels like before making a commitment.

Most of my clients train 3 to 5 times per week for about an hour. But I build the plan around your schedule, so if you can only commit to 3 sessions, we make 3 sessions work. Consistency beats volume every time.

No. I work with people on fat loss, muscle building, running, general fitness, and everything in between. We work in phases, so whatever your goal is right now, we build towards it. Fat loss is just one phase. From there, we can move into maintenance, performance, diet breaks, or whatever makes sense for you and where you're at. The trial is about showing you how coaching works, whatever your goal is.

Not a problem. Beginners often get the best results because we're building from scratch with no bad habits to undo. Your programme is built for your level, whatever that is. Everything is laid out for you in the app, every exercise has a coaching video of me talking you through it, and you can ask me questions whenever you need to.
